I had stopped using this printer last summer a couple months after buying it because they totally changed the entire app and I just hated the way the prints where coming out. Our Development Team is working hard to resolve what you are experiencing and will notify you once an update is available. We’re on it! Know that we value your feedback and an update is on the way. What if I want to actually fill the whole paper and not have white borders or what if I wanted to purposely offset the photo for other artistic details? This is not as important as the pixelation but eventually I would like to have this feature back.Īside from those issues, the app looks much cleaner than before. ![]() This was verified by printing a few old pictures in portrait mode to compare with the same photo previously printed before the major update.Īnother minor issue that is missing from the previous iteration is actually able to move the photo while in print preview. Yes the update corrected the screen pixelation but the print still comes out pixelated as if someone sent the printer a low resolution of the final result. Portrait mode on the other hand is extremely pixelated. When I print in landscape mode, the prints come out good as before. ![]() Let’s get the bad stuff out of the way, actual printing.
